Volunteers who choose to help with this event will be assigned to help with guest registration, help run craft and activity tables, game stations, hide the eggs for the various “hunts”, help with set-up, and help with clean-up.
The event time will be from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM – between 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Orientation for all staff and volunteers. We will also need to finish setting up (decorating, preparing station tables and games before the doors open to guest at 10:00 AM).
Their parking in our garage will be validated for the day.
We have a volunteer room with lockers if they would like to store personal items there (we provide the locks and keys).
Volunteers will be entitled to discount in the café should they choose to stay for lunch after the Egg Hunt.
Waiver Form attached. Please download, sign, and bring with you to the Botanical Gardens that day.
At the end of the event, two tickets will be available to be raffled off for the volunteers.
