Presenter: Kent McDonald
Registration

One trait of an effective business analyst or project manager is the ability to ask the right questions. One “right” question that applies to just about every project can sometimes be difficult to ask, let alone answer: “Is it worth it?” This question is difficult to answer because the answer will change as you proceed through the project and gain more knowledge about the purpose, considerations, costs, and benefits involved in a project.

Collecting Pull Tabs for Ronald McDonald House

In 2010, the Ronald McDonald House (RMH) of Cleveland raised over $10,000 from the collection of pull tabs.  These tabs can be found on cat and dog food, soups, soda cans and other canned good items.  PMINEO is helping RMH in 2011 by collecting pull tabs at our meetings.  There will be a collection container at the registration table at every chapter meeting.

In addition to saving pull tabs at home, consider collecting pull tabs at work in the break/lunch room, if proper approval is received. Stickers and flyers to advertise the collection are available.  Contact Patty Abdenour at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   or 216-402-1002.

The money raised from the pull tabs is used for family emergencies, to celebrate special occasions and for family meals. RMH of Cleveland supports families whose children are receiving treatment at local medical centers by providing a place to stay, meals and other resources.  RMH of Cleveland has 37 rooms.  Annually, there is a waiting list of 800.  The average stay at RMH is 10 nights.

Thank you for your help in supporting RMH of Cleveland!

Director of Community Relations
